Summary: There are three artistic proposals sharing this name. The first one is Asher, a 'california-based modern rock band', as they put it in their website. The second, Massachusetts based sound artist Asher Thal-Nir has been making and releasing records since late 2005. He has appeared on labels such as 12k, Leeraum, Conv and Laboratoire Moderne. Finally, Asher is also the moniker of a bassline rap artist from Newport in the UK.
